Applywise is operated by Technograte ("Technograte", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Applywise, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

Applywise analyses your CV, suggests job roles that may fit your profile for a location you choose, and drafts cover letters and application emails for those suggestions. Suggested matches are generated targets, not live job listings — always verify the role on the employer's own listing before applying. Applywise does not submit applications on your behalf.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The Pro subscription renews monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning vulnerabilities, or scraping the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent plan limits.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

Analyses, match suggestions, cover letters and emails are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and editing anything you send to an employer, and for how you use the output. They are not professional career, legal or financial advice.

Technograte retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You retain ownership of your CV and the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

You must keep your login credentials confidential, provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period; export anything you need beforehand.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Technograte is established, and disputes will be heard in its courts. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
